FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How long does my hair need to be for waxing?

A: For body waxing services, including Brazilian waxes, you must grow your hair out 4 weeks. Even if you believe your hair "grows fast," we need you to grow it out 4 weeks. If you have grown your hair out past 6 weeks, for Brazilians, please trim down to no longer than the length of a jelly bean.

*If your hair is too short or too long, we will not be able to see you.

Q: What is your cancellation/late policy?

A: We require at least 24 hours prior notice of any cancellations or reschedules. If you cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour period prior to your appointment, your card on file will be charged for 50% of the price of your scheduled service(s). Also, out of respect for our technicians and other clients' scheduled appointment times, we do not see late clients. If you are late to your appointment and we cannot see you, you will be charged the 50% cancellation fee.

Q: Is gratuity included for my service?

Gratuity is only automatically included in two instances. Services for any clients who have repeatedly (twice or more) not tipped our waxers will include an automatic 10% gratuity on all future appointments. Additionally, any services requiring a duration of 1 hour and 15 minutes or longer will include an automatic 20% gratuity. 100% of any gratuity always goes to the waxer who performs your service; tips are not shared with anyone else.

Q: Do you offer men's Brazilian or bikini waxing?

A: No.

Q: Do you offer sugaring?

A: No. We only use wax.

​

Q: What kind of wax do you use for your Brazilians?

A: We use a combination of hard wax and soft wax. Soft wax with strips is used on the thinner hairs on the outside and top parts of the bikini area, and hard wax is used in the middle areas where the hair is coarser and more deeply rooted.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

A: Yes. We offer both plastic and eGift cards.

Q: Do you offer a discounted full body wax?

A: No. All of our services are priced "a la carte," as listed on our booking website.

Q: May I bring anyone with me?

A: No. Because of space limitations and to maintain a professional, adult environment, we do not allow clients to bring guests or children to their appointments. If you bring a child to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?

A: Usually no, because we stay very booked. We highly recommend an appointment.

Q: Is there anything I need to know before facial waxing (including eyebrow and lip waxing)?

A: Only that you must discontinue use of any retinol-based products or those containing glycolic acid or alpha hydroxy acids for at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. wa
